Shipping information

Normally orders are shipped out within 48 hours (regular weekdays). During Sales (like Black Friday) and vacation season under summer, there might be some delays to orders shipping out. For orders containing back-orders, the shipping date may be delayed until the product is available.

Shipping Options

DHL Parcel Connect (Available for 25+ European countries)

With DHL Parcel Connect your order will be sent to the nearest DHL Service Point available in your chosen country, where you will be able to pick up the order. Normal delivery time: 2-7 weekdays.

Postnord
Shipping to customers around the world. Normal delivery time 3-6 weekdays within Europe. 1-2 weeks to the rest of the world.

FedEx Economy

Shipping to countries outside the EU. Normal delivery time: 3-5 workdays.

UPS Express Saver
Shipping to customers around the world. Normal delivery time: 3-5 workdays

Note that extra costs can be charged by UPS if the measurements exceed their max limits, and we will have to charge you for these extra costs.

DHL Service Point (Sweden Only)
The majority of customers in Sweden choose DHL Service Point when they want the shipments delivered on time to a decent price. Normal delivery time: 1-2 weekdays.

Shipments will be delivered to a DHL Service Point where you will be able to pick up the shipment, and you don't need to be home at the delivery time.

DHL Service Point (20kg+, 2 Shipments - Sweden Only)
If you order several products with a total weight exceeding 20kg (up to a max amount of 40kg), you can choose the option to have the products shipped as two DHL Service Point shipments instead of paying for a much more expensive shipping option. Normal delivery time: 1-2 weekdays.

DHL Package (B2B)
Shipping option available for business customers. Normal delivery time: 1-2 weekdays.Note that you need someone to be available to accept the package when it arrives.

DHL Pallet/Half pallet (B2B)
A shipping option available for huge orders, like if you order a large quantity of paintballs. Normal delivery time: 2-3 weekdays.

Pick-up at the Hypersports Office (in Sweden)
We offer the option to pick up orders at our office in Sweden on Mårbackagatan 31 in Farsta. As soon as the order is ready to be picked up, you will be notified by mail. Orders cannot be picked up before you have received this mail from us.

Free Shipping (Only available with the shipping option DB Schenker in Sweden)
When ordering products for a total value exceeding 995 SEK (up to a max weight of 20kg), we offer free shipping within Sweden when choosing the DHL Service Point shipping option. For any orders where the weight exceed 20kg, DHL Service Point cannot be used, and the free shipping is not available.

Orders not picked-up
In cases where a customer chooses not to pick-up an order at a Service Point, we will charge the customer for the cost of the shipping, as well as a handling charge of 500 SEK.

Kustom (previously Klarna)
With Kustom you are able to pay by card. Depending on the country, Kustom also offers several other payment alternatives like payment by Invoice.

PayPal Express Checkout (for private customers)
